Welcome to Sophie's Gasthaus. By booking a room or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations & Payment

  • All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.

  • 50% of reservation total is due at time of booking. Remaining balance will be billed to card on file at time of check-in.

  • Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00pm

  • Check-out: 11:00am

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we strictly enforce the following:

  • No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

  • Guests Only: Amenities and common areas are for registered hotel guests only. No outside visitors or day guests are allowed onsite.

  • Security Cameras: Security cameras are active in exterior areas and interior entry points. Tampering with or disabling cameras is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all fees and immediate eviction.

  • Kitchen Access: The kitchen in the Main House is for employee use only.

  • Pool Use: Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Gatherings & Events: Parties and gatherings are not permitted without prior written authorization from management.

  • Furniture: Please do not move furniture in the lounge or dining areas.

  • Cleanliness: Guests are expected to dispose of trash in the provided wastebaskets.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

4. Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Charges will be applied to the card on file. Sophie's Gasthaus is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay.

5. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or engage in unauthorized data collection or scraping.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of Sophie's Gasthaus and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
